Below are the terms and conditions that govern the use of this website. Your use of HighlineCustomJewelry.com for making an actual purchase indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.HighlineCustomJewelry.com reserves the right to decline any customer. It may require verification information from the card-issuer prior to dispatch of any goods. HighlineCustomJewelry.com also reserves the right to hold shipping of any ordered product. HighlineCustomJewelry.com is not responisble for any typographical errors.

Returns
* If the item that you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may choose to return it. A return must be made within 14 days of receiving* the item and get a refund on the item which will be subject to specific fees below.
*Receiving the item is considered by the date in which estimated by the shipping service upon shipment.
* Shipping costs for the item will not be refunded.
* A restocking fee shall be applied for returned goods following the price range table provided below:

* All items which have been returned will be inspected to determine any use or if any modifications were made. If the returned items have already underwent considerable use or modification (such as ring re-sizing), this disqualifies the buyer from a refund and it shall not be issued and the purchased item will be sent back to buyer.

Returns with our merchandise are quite rare as we take great means to provide you merchandise the best possible way. In any case, we guarantee that we are going to do our best to give you the shopping experience that’s all about you.
Note: Please DO NOT send items back to us for return after 14 days. If you do, we will hold on to your package until you pay for the shipping back; $15 for anywhere in the Continental USA and $50 for any international shipments, additionally all these packages will be sent via USPS priority mail.

*HIghline Custom Jewelry can accept a variety of payment types. When you purchase an item through our shopping cart system, you will have the option of paying with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. However we do accept other types of payments such as:

o Cash (In-House Appointment)
To use any of the four payment methods mentioned above, you will have to contact a Custom Jewelry Customer Representative.
* IMPORTANT: In some rare cases, credit card payments will have to be verified. Whenever we determine that card verification is necessary, our representative will call you shortly after we receive your payment to verify some key information, such as your shipping address. We take this extra precaution to make sure that you authorized the purchase made on your credit card.
Shipping
* Items usually ship within two days time
days of purchase.
* Your item is guaranteed to be shipped within 12 days of your purchase.
* If your item is not shipped within 12 days of purchase, you may request an instant refund of the purchase price and the shipping fee. When the item does ship but only after 12 days, it will be express delivered at no extra charge.
* If you need an item by a certain date, this can be arranged. Please call any of our Customer Representatives if you wish to make this type of request.
* We ship WORLD-WIDE; contact us for the rates.
Note 1: Your item will be professionally packaged and come in a lovely jewelry box.
Note 2: All packeges shipped within california are subject to the california State Sales Tax of 8.875%.
