Is it safe to order online?

Yes it is with highlinecustomjewelry.com. All transactions done through highlinecustomjewelry.com are encrypted using 128 bit encryption technology (the highest available) and go through SSL (Secure Socket Layers). SSL is the industry standard method for computers to communicate securely without risk of data interception, manipulation, or recipient impersonation.

Are all watches you sell authentic?

Yes! We only sell 100% authentic watches, guaranteed or your money back. Watches come with 1-5 year warranty.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or MasterCard logo. We also accept checks, money orders, bank wire transfers and Western Union transfers.

Is there a return policy ?

If the item that you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may choose to return it. A return must be made within 14 days of receiving* the item and get a refund on the item which will be subject to specific fees below.

Shipping costs for the item will not be refunded.

All items which have been returned will be inspected to determine any use or if any modifications were made. If the returned items have already underwent considerable use or modification (such as ring re-sizing), this disqualifies the buyer from a refund and it shall not be issued and the purchased item will be sent back to buyer.
Any Custom work (including resizing, custom order, any dipping of the gold, etc.) will be exempt from all return and exchange policies. This work (item) is designed for a specific individual and therefore can not be accepted under any pre-existing terms.

Do you provide layaway or financing?

Online Layaway

For our layaway plan you do not have to qualify and it is 100% free. To start a layaway we require a 25% down payment and you will have up to 3 months to pay the rest of the balance. Please note: because we have to hold your layaway item(s) without being able to sell them, the 25% deposit is NOT refundable in case you would like to cancel your layaway. Your order will be shipped to you as soon as it is paid in full. Jewelry Financing (sorry but at this time available for US residents only).

If you are a US resident and have a good credit history you might want to try our jewelry financing program. For this program you have to qualify by filing an application below, the information is the same as in a regular credit card application (so to qualify you must have a good credit history). If you qualify for the full amount we will ship your order right away and you will pay your balance over time. Currently we offer a 90 days 0% APR promotion. .

Do you have catalogs?

No, sorry, we do not provide paper catalogs. Because we have dozens of new designs coming out every week, we are not able to print new catalogs all the time. To view our designs please log it to our web site and browse our online catalog.

Where do your diamonds come from?

Most of the diamonds used in our jewelry come from Israel, some come from Canada and some from India.

I cancelled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?

All returns we receive are inspected for signs of wear and all requests for credits usually submitted within 48 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-14 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
